Twitter explodes as Shreyas Iyer turns a century into Kanpur Test debut

On Friday, Shreyas Iyer He etched his name in the history books by becoming the 15th Indian batsman to hit a century in his first test cricket match. He also became the third Indian to hit a ton against New Zealand in his first test.

Iyer reached the milestone against black caps in Day 2 of the first test in progress at Green Park in Kanpur.
