Stephanie Paterik, the editor-in-chief and senior vice president of Adweek, is leaving after more than 7 years at the publication.

“The last 7 years have been transformational, for me and for the magazine,” Paterik said on Twitter. “I’m very excited for what comes next.”

She was previously editor-in-chief at advertising week.

She had been an executive digital editor, leading the editing and art teams for advertising and advertising weekthe social channels of . She has also been a senior web editor and business reporter at the republic of arizona in Phoenix.

Paterik has a bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University and a master’s degree from The New School.
