Nadiya Hussein is back with episode three of Fast Flavors on BBC Two tonight (Thursday, November 25), but where can you find the recipe for her pretzel pecan brulee tart?
Once again, Nadiya comes up with super quick flavor tricks to enhance everyday dishes and take them from mundane to incredible.
And one of those dishes, the pretzel nut brulee, made us salivate.
Nadiya pretzel nut brulee recipe – where can I find it?
First there’s a new twist on an old classic: a custard tart, but a pretzel nut brulee custard tart.
Yum double that.
The delicious tart starts with hazelnuts and pretzels – yes, pretzels!
She adds the nuts and savory bar snacks with flour and butter to make a delicious and nifty pastry.
After blind baking the crust, he goes to work on the filling.
A classic custard mix, then you add sugar on top of the cooked filling and blow it off to give it a crispy top and brulee.
So where can you find this recipe? Review the Happy foodie website for more information.

Nadiya’s Sweet Focaccia Recipe
Next, Nadiya bakes focaccia which she claims breaks all the rules – a sweet version!
With walnuts and a coffee glaze, it is ideal to drink with a good cup of tea.
Mixing the walnuts into the usual bread mix, Nadiya drizzles the tested dough with coffee-infused oil.
With more coffee frosting, it looks like a winner.
Again, you can find the recipe after the broadcast on the BBC Food website.
Fast Flavors episode three of Nadiya on BBC Two
With easier recipes to prepare (technical term) in the episode, Nadiya shows once again how easy it is to improve your meals.
Last week she added tomato sauce to a shrimp stir fry, and the week before she put cheese puffs on her mac n cheese.
And this week? Pretzels in a cake case!
With rule-breaking focaccia and other goodies, you can see why we love this series.
Nadiya’s Fast Flavors continues on BBC Two at 8.30pm tonight
