During her first week, she already demonstrated her ingenuity and dedication to her job by choosing to deliver items on foot, as she was still unable to secure her own motorcycle. This attitude really impressed her boss and led to a promotion.

After being promoted twice, she is now a Linehaul Coordinator and is in charge of making sure Ninja Van’s transportation services run smoothly. He is also responsible for scheduling, troubleshooting, and managing his own equipment. “Always focus on your goal and assess how your skills can add value to the business,” he said.

Christine Runa – Customer Service Representative

Complaints and irate customers are not new to the delivery industry, but for Christine, a customer service representative for Ninja Van, providing the best possible customer support is always her priority. “When dealing with angry clients, I make sure to breathe deeply and relate to them calmly. I tell myself that conversation is never personal. “She shared.

Despite the challenges of her job, Christine finds comfort in being part of a team that works well together. “Our management team is very supportive and approachable, so we always feel comfortable communicating with them,” he said. “We also feel appreciated through various employee programs that recognize our hard work.”

Arjoe Mae Santos – Ordination Compliance Officer

As Classification Compliance Officer for Ninja Van Philippines, Arjoe has the important task of ensuring process quality in warehouse operations. The vast experience she displayed for the position did not go unnoticed by her managers, who decided to assign her more supervisory responsibilities to help her hone her skills and potential.

Arjoe’s hard work paid off when she became a subject matter expert for Integrated Operations Audit and became an auditor. “This was truly one of the milestones of my career. Despite sacrificing time away from my family, I am proud to have been able to give birth, ”she said.

Karen Mae Alemana – Regional Area Manager

Karen has many hats. At home, she is a single mother of a 6-year-old daughter. At work, he is a regional area manager. Her subordinates fondly call her “Mom”, who leads everyone and makes sure everything runs smoothly at work.

She was hired as a station manager at Ninja Van Philippines in 2018, becoming one of the few employees in a male-dominated company at the time. Soon after, she was promoted directly to Regional Area Manager due to her stellar performance. In no time, Karen has made an indelible impact on Ninja Van Philippines and has been successful simply because of her hard work and passion. “No matter how insignificant it feels, it is still capable of making a positive impact,” he said.

Vanessa, Christine, Arjoe and Karen are just four of the more than 7,000 employees and employees at Ninja Van Philippines who play an important role in the company’s commitment to trouble-free deliveries.
