What channel is Auburn vs. Texas A&M today? Time, TV schedule for the SEC football game of week 10

Right now, the SEC appears to be led by Georgia and Alabama and then everyone else. But after the initial rankings for Tuesday night’s college football playoffs were released, at least two teams from that “everyone else” group, Texas A&M and Auburn, found themselves in the top 15, and it’s a good group with three other teams ranked in the top-20.

Both the Aggies (No. 13) and Tigers (No. 14) are 6-2 this season and both have three conference wins, most notably an Alabama upset at Texas A&M. But Auburn, at 3-1, leads A&M (3-2) in the SEC West standings by one game.

Auburn has relied on quarterback Bo Nix for much of the season and the double threat, who is in his third year as a starter for the Tigers, has been tremendously good. He has a high career completion percentage at 62.2 percent, but has thrown for just 1,764 yards and nine touchdowns in eight games so far this season.

The most impressive quarterback play has come from College Station. Zach Calzada’s numbers may not be much better than Nix’s (he has a lower completion percentage and more interceptions, but also more touchdowns), but it’s the fact that Calzada wasn’t supposed to start this year for the Aggies and the led to an upset by then-No. 1 Alabama.

However, the biggest implications of the game are for the SEC West race. At 3-1, Auburn is second to Alabama and if the Tide lose again and the Tigers win, Auburn could find themselves in the SEC title game for the first time since 2017.

A & M’s path to the title game, as the Aggies already have two losses in the conference. So in addition to winning, they would need both Auburn and Alabama to lose again before the season is out.

Here’s how to watch this crucial SEC West rivalry game for Week 10 of the college football season.
