Ten people were killed by a gunman dressed in bulletproof vests and armed with a high-powered rifle, while three others were injured – two of them seriously – outside and inside a Buffalo supermarket, the buffalo news reports.

Erie County Sheriff John Garcia called the attack a “racially motivated hate crime.”

BNO News It said the shooter was “streaming live on Twitch” and “also posted an online manifesto describing himself as a white supremacist.”
